01 Order Processing

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Express orders are dispatched the next business day. A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has shipped.

02 Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard shipping (Parcel Post): 2+ business days after dispatch
Express shipping (Express Post): next business day after dispatch (between major cities)

03 International Shipping

We ship internationally via Australia Post. Delivery times vary by destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

04 Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $100 AUD.

05 Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order via Australia Post.
