Five pieces of the Koharu 180 Kurouchi — Shirogami #1 carbon steel, hon-warikomi construction, octagonal handle — hand-forged by Nishida Hamono in Kumamoto, Kyushu. A thin, light all-purpose blade for vegetables, meat and fish.
