Submit & Pay
Fill in the form below and complete payment. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.

Pack & Post
Wrap each knife carefully and post to our studio address. Use tracked postage and keep your receipt.

We Sharpen
Your knives are sharpened on Japanese whetstones within 24 hours of arriving at our studio (weekdays only, excluding public holidays).

We Return
Knives are sent back to you via tracked Australia Post. Return postage is included for 10+ knives.
Before You Post
How to Pack Your Knives

Wrap Each Blade
Wrap each knife individually in several layers of newspaper or bubble wrap. Tape securely so the blade cannot move.

Use a Sturdy Box
Place wrapped knives flat in a rigid cardboard box. Fill any gaps with padding so nothing shifts in transit.

Include a Note Inside
Write your name, phone number, return address, and order reference inside the box so we can match it to your booking.

Send with Tracking
We recommend Australia Post Parcel with tracking. Keep your receipt — we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
